Learn more about Adrienne's approach to eating and medical conditions.
Adrienne Inger RD, LDN
My journey to becoming a registered dietician was inspired by my own family's history of diabetes – I wanted to find a better way to help people lead healthier lives. I have remained deeply committed to helping people improve their health with dietary change – by eating food they love with body awareness and respect to their unique health needs.
My academic track began at the University of Maryland, College Park, where I earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. I then completed a clinical dietetic internship at a UCLA-affiliated hospital in Los Angeles, California. I have years of experience helping clients with women's health issues (hormonal and endocrine), diabetes prevention & management, chronic kidney disease, nutrition for aging and more. I am passionate about helping those who wish to stop the dieting/overeating cycle and find non-dieting alternatives to bring a peaceful, healthy balance to their lives.
